In 2017 I had to leave SFR for whom I had worked as an in-house designer for many years.
I then joined IBM Interactive as a consultant at IBM Studios Paris.
Until 2020 I carried out assignments for various clients in the banking universe.
Here is a selection of projects carried out between 2017 and 2019.
Unfortunately, due to the confidential nature of other projects, I cannot publish them here for the moment.
This portal centralises the management of the financing portfolio and improves the user experience with electronic signatures, document sharing and event notifications.
The monitoring of files is made easier, with enhanced security.
This project was designed within a French investment bank.
For confidentiality reasons only a few screens are shown here.

TIMING – 2017 to 2018
TYPE – Desktop Website
TOOLS – Sketch, Framer
A key role from idea to MVP.
I was involved from the very beginning of the project, during the first Design Thinking workshops organized by internal facilitators (definition of personas and target usage path for the MVP).
Quickly wireframes were produced and the interface of the future portal was drafted.
A quick iterative process allowed to freeze the functionalities and the associated interface, then to create a graphic identity and finally the mockups.
A prototype was also produced under Framer to illustrate the operation of the portal and better sell the project during a pitch, in order to trigger the budget for the development phase of the MVP produced internally by a Digital Factory.
Here again, the designer is always present during the sprints, in order to provide the deliverables and follow the good integration of the graphic assets.
MyPage is a fold-away application with a side panel on your Windows desktop.
The content is customizable via different widgets (calendar, management of employees on leave, management of mandatory training, contacts, photos, shortcuts to internal applications …).
This project was designed within a French investment bank.

A mainly delivery mission.
On this project the design workshops had already been realized internally.
My role was to optimize this conception, imagine the interactions, define and apply a graphic design to the product.
A prototype was created with Framer to pitch the concept to the innovation committee and obtain a budget to develop an MVP.
The proposal was retained, and the development was then developed by in-house teams.
The application is currently being deployed and used on some sites of the group.
A survey was recently sent to users.
The feedback is very positive and provides improvement ideas for future evolutions and refine the functionalities to the real needs.
Reactivity & adaptation.
On this project the requested deadlines were quite short.
The task was also designed in parallel with another large consuming energy-intensive project.
It took me about 3 weeks to complete and deliver the design:
A few months later an additional widget was conceived and designed for MyPage. A module to follow up the mandatory internal training courses.
The idea for this project was born during an internal innovation campaign.
This application simplifies the daily life of employees on their campus:

Reactivity & adaptation.
On this project the requested deadlines were quite short.
About 3 weeks were necessary to finalize the deliverables and the prototype.
Then, some exchange sessions with the development team took place to share the graphic assets.
But the very short delays for design and a too light initial project framework created a gap between my deliverables and the expectations on the development side (use of a specific framework, Android constraints…).
I did not continue on this mission, adaptations were made by other teams.
In the end I felt a certain frustration, which reminds me that it is very important to involve the technical and development teams upstream of any project.
To remedy this, I strive to evangelize my profession to my clients, and show them the benefits of Design on all types of projects.
I also provide daily advice in the pre-project phases, recommendations in ergonomics or help with costing.
Knowledge sharing and exchange are very important to me.
It is with pleasure that I accompany trainees and apprentices in Design in their development.
Multimedia creation is also at the heart of my identity.
I am frequently called upon within my projects or on satellite tasks to bring a creative touch:
This escape from the UI/UX space is beneficial, to change one’s ideas and explore other artistic territories.
